What you will do:
As a Portfolio Manager on Stryker's Trauma team, you will help compile and evaluate research on customer needs in the market or segment and translate those needs into specifications for future generation products.
Conduct market, competitive, and customer research using qualitative and quantitative data to identify industry trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.
Translate product features, benefits, and customer insights into compelling value propositions and messaging strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the New Product Development Process (NPDP) to evaluate opportunities, support business objectives, and drive successful product launches.
Build and maintain financial business case models to support product development investments, forecasting, pricing strategies, and return-on-investment analyses.
Leverage organizational capabilities and strategic assets to maximize new product development, launch planning, and lifecycle management efforts.
Partner with Clinical Affairs and Product Marketing to define evidence-generation strategies, develop publication plans, and ensure messaging aligns with clinical and scientific data.
Evaluate customer acquisition and retention opportunities, including potential sources of new volume, market expansion strategies, and associated financial tradeoffs.
Develop pricing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives, brand positioning, and business goals.
Partner with Product Marketing and commercial teams to develop and execute product launch plans, sales enablement tools, channel communications, and marketing resources that drive market adoption.
Execute product lifecycle management (PLCM) strategies to support long-term business growth and product performance.

- US20: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
