Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Portfolio Management Coordinator to join the Holman Family.

Responsibilities:

  • Create appointments or turn over engaged portfolio customers for store follow up
  • Identify opportunities to create an maintain loyalty
  • Monitor portfolio to identify opportunities
  • Manage customer lifecycle to maintain loyalty and increase retention
  • Establish and maintain productive rapport with Customers
  • Articulate and deliver Value Proposition
  • Identify and understand customers’ needs
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Phone calls, emails and text
  • Manage multiple platforms
  • Key understanding of general Brand knowledge

Qualification Criteria:

  • Automotive Retail experience
  • Customer service or Account management experience
  • A track record of performance excellence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Business acumen and/or equivalent industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and policies of the Customer Engagement Center
  • Strong working knowledge of Holman policies and CEC best practices
  • Proven track record with achieving/exceeding department performance metrics
  • Ability to work flexible work schedule (includes nights and weekends)
  • Work from Home experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience working in a customer service/ lifecycle related field preferred
  • Hourly rate of $24 plus monthly bonus

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $18.15 - $24.51 USD per hour.
