Portfolio Intelligence Analyst

Key responsibilities 

As a Portfolio Intelligence Analyst, you could be working on one or several of the following: 

Driving deep and relevant insight creation across the full portfolio: 

• Develop and deliver high-quality customer and portfolio insights across all portfolio segments and geographies, enabling a holistic view of performance and opportunities. 

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic, tactical, and operational decisions across the organization. 

• Identify patterns, trends, and underlying drivers in customer behavior, portfolio performance, and market dynamics. 

Enabling fact-based decision-making at scale: 

• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, business cases, and ad-hoc decision needs across global and local stakeholders. 

• Design and maintain robust analytical frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure consistent and reliable decision-making across the footprint. 

• Proactively challenge assumptions and recommendations with data-backed insights. 

Customer intelligence across functions and geographies: 

• Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure insights are relevant, timely, and actionable. 

• Engage with stakeholders across regions to align on analytical needs, priorities, and interpretation of results and guide business execution. 

Pushing for data driven and educated decision making: 

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decisions. 

• Communicate and educate to provide stakeholders resources to make informed decisions. 

Candidate profile 

Qualifications, Experiences, and Competencies 

The role will be a great fit for someone who has: 

• A bachelor’s degree. 

• A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience with progressive responsibilities in the field of data analytics, consulting or modelling. 

• Structured, detail oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture. 

• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and navigate complex environments 

• Proficiency in Python for data processing, cleaning, and transformation, as well as for building tools and automations within data engineering flows. 

• Experience in database navigation and querying, including advanced SQL handling, query optimization, and understanding of transactional and analytical data models. 

• Familiarity with MLOps/DataOps practices, version control, and automated process deployment. 

• Knowledge of visualization tools, especially Power BI, for creating dashboards that facilitate analysis and decision-making. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities. 

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
