Job Description- Portfolio identification:
- Address identification requests in accordance with defined SLA
- Check the request and the company data provided
- Contact the requestor to correct or complete data provided
- Perform manual Easyfication (if needed)
- Update the ticket with additional information
- Check and adjust the file to be processed by robot, attach it into the tool and assign the ticket to robot for automatic Iconisation
- Upload the file into the tool and assign the ticket to enhanced robot
- Check the file quality
- Update the ticket with information on automatic Iconisation results and upload the file
- Perform manual Iconisation
- Check the file quality
- Update the ticket with results, add comment for the requestor and update step to “Finish”
- Address identification requests in accordance with defined SLA
- Quality checks:
- Ensure quality checks are performed: check errors and provide relevant answers
- Ensure extended quality check is performed as follows:
- Mismatches between easy in atlas and easy in icon are added into the file as well as the reason behind
- Missing easy in Icon are added
- Ensure the following actions are performed for not found companies
- Add scenario for company creation per country based on the reference file
- Take actions according to company creation scenario
- Reporting:
- Provide the updated daily statistics and any required report
- Coordination:
- Responsibility for supervising and coordinating manual identification operations
