About the departmentThe Compliance function ensures portfolios follow investment guidelines, client mandates, and regulatory requirements. This work protects the firm’s reputation and client trust. The team partners closely with Portfolio Management and Trading, using data and controls to prevent and detect issues early. You will join a collaborative, process-focused environment where accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued.

You will resolve data, system, and functionality issues
You will maintain and improve monitoring systems and processes

Experience, Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–4+ years in mutual fund compliance
Technical Skills
Experience with Charles River compliance system preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, functions, charts, macros)
Soft Skills
Strong written and verbal English communication
Clear thinking and ability to present positions and solutions
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Sound independent judgment
Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Working hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (with a 15% work shift allowance)
