Job Summary:

As the Polysomn Care Assistant, you will assemble, operate and troubleshoot therapeutic and diagnostic equipment for patients of all ages including a Sleep System used for recording to include EKG, POX, and EEG. 

You will provide educational needs of patients on disease specific process, including instruction for home care equipment. 

You will perform your duties and responsibility under the supervision of the Sleep Center leadership team and understand and act in accordance with all Sleep Center and Hospital Policy and Procedures.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High School diploma or equivalent  
  • If not Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, evidence of enrollment to obtain sleep credential is needed 
  • Must obtain sleep credential within one year of hire  
  • BLS
