Provide patient-centered psychiatric nursing care on the unit: assess patients, develop and implement nursing diagnoses and care plans, collaborate with families and care team, evaluate outcomes, maintain documentation, and participate in continuing education and unit improvement.

Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care including clinic visits, surgeries (2–3 OR days/month), shared call coverage, weekend and holiday coverage, and patient education. Manage high patient volume (25–30/day) and collaborate with advanced practice providers.

Provide patient care in an orthopaedics physician office: perform specialized tests, collect baseline data, document visit reasons, follow clinical protocols for value-based care, maintain a safe patient experience, and efficiently manage medical supplies and office resources.

Night-shift OB/GYN hospitalist responsible for inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, resident supervision, clinic deliveries, managing OB/GYN emergencies and high-risk transfers, collaborating with CNMs, and documenting in Epic EMR.

Provide patient-centered nursing care in the Observation unit: assess patients, develop and coordinate care plans, implement and evaluate interventions, communicate with patients/families and the healthcare team, and maintain required licensure, CPR, and continuing education.

Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. Perform routine and complex sleep study recordings and interventions including CPAP/Bi-level titrations, split-night studies, seizure and REM behavior studies, MSLT testing, PSG recordings, and oxygen titrations.

Provide neurotology clinical care in a high-volume ENT practice (Monday–Friday clinic). Manage emergent/acute neurotology cases, collaborate with neurosurgery and head & neck surgery, support teaching of residents and students, and work with advanced practice and audiology support using Epic EMR.

Coordinate pediatric patient care from hospital discharge through follow-up: facilitate care plans, provide education and instructions, review Health Risk Assessments, monitor charts and test results with providers, manage preoperative surgical clearance, triage patient calls, and provide health advice and referrals.

Manage daily operations of an obstetrics/gynecology practice, oversee staff and billing workflows, ensure coding and regulatory compliance (ICD-10, CPT, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA), support practice management systems, and promote teamwork to deliver quality patient care.
