Your daily tasks:
Independently process Polish payroll from end to end according the defined standards and dient requirements including all associated payroll tasks
Preparing PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS
Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds
Understand and interpret a payslip
Follow the payroll calendar
Answer payroll related questions and requests
Maintains current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall Polish payroll procedures
Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in a Polish payroll role
Business analysis experience
Experience working for a global organization with a multi-cultural environment
Fluent in Polish and English (written, oral)
Advanced level of Excel
HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience
A solutions-based thinker with a natural inquisitive mind
