To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for a Policy Administrator.

 

You will work at a regional level and enjoy multicultural teamwork. You will coordinate with many departments/relevant stakeholders in the company as you’re in the middle of the process. It’s a shortcut to learning all the health insurance process at once!

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the workload by prioritizing and dispatching incoming documents/ invoices (emails and mail)
  • Assess information from the application for policy reinstatement for completeness and accuracy
  • Issue Medical insurance policies for clients
  • Manage proactively the policy issuance case using our system and communicate with all relevant departments
  • Provide clients with quality advice and make helpful recommendations.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • A first relevant experience in health insurance would be a strong plus
  • Communication in English must be very fluid as there will be plenty of exchange with international colleagues and clients
  • Excellent oral communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented, problem-solving, and multitasking
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail
