As Podcast Producer you will be responsible for the entire podcast project plan, from inception to execution. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, the podcasting landscape, and a passion for delivering high-quality video content.
This role is based in our Clearwater, FL office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do- Collaborate with leadership to define podcast goals, target audience, and a strategy aligned with company values.
- Create compelling, industry-relevant content by researching topics, writing scripts, and identifying expert guests.
- Manage all aspects of production—including recording, editing, scheduling, and vendor coordination—to ensure high-quality episodes.
- Promote and distribute episodes through coordinated marketing efforts, social media, and optimized SEO practices.
- Engage with listeners, analyze feedback and metrics, and continuously refine content while managing the production budget.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in podcast production, preferably within the financial services industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of podcasting trends and best practices with a proficiency in podcast recording and publishing platforms (Zencastr).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong project management background and the ability to meet deadlines.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
