The Role
You’ll join Spotify’s Podcast team, working closely with creators across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our goal is simple: help creators see Spotify as their first choice for distribution, audience growth, and monetization. You’ll act as a trusted partner to emerging and established podcast and video creators, helping them unlock the full potential of Spotify’s tools and platform.
The role will primarily ensure that creators have Spotify as a top-of-mind distribution and audience growth platform and have access to the right creation and monetisation tools for their needs.
The right candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the local creator landscape and supporting new and existing creators in developing engaging content. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have experience in building programmes for scale and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow relationships with podcast and video creators across the DACH region, positioning Spotify as a top-of-mind platform for distribution and growth
- Identify, engage, and support high-potential creators, developing a strong local talent funnel
- Onboard new creators to Spotify for Podcasters and related tools, guiding them through best practices for growth and monetization
- Use data and insights to advise partners on content strategy, audience development, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, ad sales, analytics, and operations to unlock value for creators
- Support the planning and execution of creator education sessions, workshops, and engagement programs
- Stay close to the German-speaking creator landscape, spotting trends, opportunities, and challenges facing video and audio creators
Who You Are
- Fluent speaking proficiency in English and German
- 2+ years of experience working within the creator economy, podcasting, media, talent management, or platform partnerships
- Experience supporting creators, artists, or digital talent in growing their audiences and monetizing content
- Experience managing projects or programs, ideally in fast-paced, digital-first environments
- A strong understanding of the German-speaking creator landscape and the specific needs of podcast and video creators
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing and bringing consumer events to life
- Experience working directly within a social or content platform
- Experience organizing or supporting live events, workshops, or creator training sessions
- Experience translating data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for partners
- Communicates clearly and builds trust with creators and cross-functional stakeholders
- Takes initiative and thrives in environments where you can shape processes and build scalable programs
- Uses data to inform decisions while staying empathetic to creators’ unique goals
- Brings curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for the creator community
Where You'll Be
- This role is based in Berlin, Germany
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
