About this opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to support daily procurement operations, logistics coordination, and PO management activities. The role serves as a key coordinator among Requestors, Project Managers, Sourcing, Finance, Suppliers, and Logistics Partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely issue resolution.
What you will do:
- Support PO creation, modification, and cancellation activities within procurement systems.
- Monitor pending GR status and identify overdue items.
- Arrange domestic and international shipments according to project requirements.
- Maintain procurement and logistics data records.
