Overview
Payments Network Technology is seeking a Product Management Technical professional to lead product validation and payment-domain outcomes. The role connects customer and business needs with engineering delivery, test coverage, and release acceptance.
Roles and Responsibilities• Own the vision, working-backwards narrative, and measurable outcomes for assigned capabilities.• Translate customer, operational, and business needs into prioritized features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.• Make and communicate trade-off recommendations across scope, depth, timelines, risk, and technical investment.• Coordinate requirements and dependencies with engineering, architecture, testing, operations, and customer-facing teams.• Review demonstrations and validation evidence against acceptance criteria before release.• Maintain clear product documentation and use production or validation metrics as feedback into the backlog.• Identify feature-level delivery or customer risks and drive prioritization and resolution.• Define validation strategy for authorization, clearing, tokenization, ISO 8583, and ISO 20022 payment flows.• Support defect triage and confirm that resolved behavior meets payment-processing requirements.• Provide technical or product leadership, mentor team members, and drive decisions across multiple workstreams.
Essential Skills• Experience in technical product management, product ownership, business analysis, or payment-product validation.• Knowledge of payment transaction flows and message standards such as ISO 8583 and ISO 20022.• Ability to work with engineers and architects on APIs, data models, non-functional requirements, and operational behavior.• Data-driven decision-making and strong product documentation skills.• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
All About You• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and across the software development lifecycle.• Clear communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.• Ability to work with globally distributed product, engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams.• Experience applying AI-driven product validation to improve efficiency, expand coverage, and identify defects earlier in the development lifecycle.• Payments or financial-services domain knowledge is preferred.
