Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Primary Market Research (PMR) Insights Lead to join our growing Commercial Insights & Research team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about uncovering customer insights, designing high‑quality research, and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners.
You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to shape research plans, manage end‑to‑end studies, and deliver insights that inform strategy, brand planning, and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end‑to‑end PMR studies, including scoping, methodology selection, vendor oversight, fieldwork monitoring, and insight synthesis
Translate business questions into structured research plans aligned with strategic objectives
Develop clear, compelling deliverables that communicate insights and implications to internal teams and leadership
Partner with Brand, Commercial, and Analytics teams to ensure research outputs support decision‑making
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment
Maintain strong relationships with external research partners and ensure high‑quality execution
Stay current on emerging methodologies, tools, and best practices in PMR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Primary Market Research within Life Sciences, Consulting, or Insights organizations.
- Experience in the Hematology therapeutics space, especially with Chronic lymphocytic leukemia i.e., CLL & Mantle Cell Lymphoma i.e., MCL), is a must.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex research projects independently
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Skills Required
