What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardization of Project Management Methods:
  • Design and support the implementation of standard processes, methodologies, tools, and templates for project management.
  • Establish governance structures to evaluate project progress and performance.
• Training and Development in Project Management:
  • Design and conduct training programs related to project management.
  • Support the skill development of project managers and team members.
• Support for Project Management Activities:
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice to project managers and teams.
  • Assist in problem-solving and risk management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
• More than 10 years’ experience in software development and ~5 years’ experience in project management.
• Experience managing projects with teams of 10 or more members.
• Experience in Designing and Implementing Training Programs.
• Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Excellent Japanese (JLPT N1/N2)
• Good design documentation is required.
• Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate is a plus.
• Japanese company experience is preferable..
