We’re looking for a strong PMO to join our Product & RND department for maternity leave cover for up to six months.
The role focuses on strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and other departments.
- Strategic Planning: Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities across the Product House. Track progress on key initiatives and communicate updates to leadership.
- Project & Program Management: Oversee execution of major initiatives, ensuring delivery according to scope, timeline, and business objectives.
- Resource Planning: Manage capacity and resource allocation across teams, supporting workload balance and delivery efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Build and refine workflows that enhance clarity, accountability, and collaboration across departments.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs, maintain dashboards, and analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate projects across Product, R&D, DevOps, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
- Problem Solving: Identify risks early, anticipate challenges, and develop structured solutions to keep execution on track.
- 5+ years in PMO roles from SaaS product companies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Jira, Monday.com, Google Sheets, and dashboard tools (e.g., EazyBI).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to build trust and alignment across teams and influence without authority.
