- Develop, monitor and maintain project schedules and plans using project management software
- Facilitate tracking project status, resourcing, deliverables and benefits case
- Assist stakeholders across the company with scoping, screening, and evaluating new projects
- Provide project management services for critical enterprise projects, including M&A integration
- Ensure executive attention and prioritization of projects
- Facilitate project communication and reporting
- Conduct post project reviews and share continuous improvement insights
- Lead change management and communication documentation
- Facilitate and support corporate off-site initiative meetings
- Adhere to the established governance and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience leading and managing multiple cross-functional projects and driving them forward.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to successfully achieve initiative deliverables
- Ability to manage several corporate initiatives simultaneously
- Highly skilled communicator (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment; flexible with the demands of a growing company
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Willing to travel to field offices and locations
- Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
- 3 years working knowledge and experience in energy sector, prefer upstream land-based drilling and completions
- Relationship builder and team player who is also comfortable working independently
- Ability to deliver results at strategic and tactical levels
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities while maintaining an eye for detail
