Provides legal counsel on upstream oil and gas transactions, operations, acquisitions, divestitures, supply chain agreements, corporate matters, regulatory issues, risk management, and dispute resolution. Drafts and negotiates leases, joint operating agreements, service contracts, conveyances, procurement agreements, and other commercial documents. Advises Land, Operations, Supply Chain, management, and other business functions on legal and business risks.

Analyze title opinions, leases, contracts, probate and other legal documents to establish and maintain division of interest in Enertia Land System. Ensure accurate royalty payments, coordinate curative actions with Land and Accounting teams, perform audits and SOX controls, respond to owners and attorneys, and maintain ownership records for assigned geographic area.

The Tax Manager prepares tax compliance, assists with tax audits and planning initiatives, and manages tax-related issues in the organization.

Oil and gas accounting and experience with Enertia, OpenInvoice, or EnergyLink are preferred.

Lead reservoir characterization, spacing and frac design assessments to develop type curves, forecasts, economics and development plans. Perform A&D modeling, well testing design, lookbacks, and team technical strategy. Use data analytics, Python, and machine learning principles to manage large datasets and improve workflows; mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the organization.

The Senior Marketing Analyst supports Chord Energy's midstream development through analytics, negotiations, and contract management while collaborating with various internal and external teams.

Lead Revenue Accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, integrating data across systems, and driving process improvements in upstream oil and gas accounting.

Maintain and improve corporate budgeting, planning, and financial models; forecast cash flows, capital, and balance sheet metrics; perform ad hoc analyses to support capital allocation and financing decisions; prepare executive presentations; support strategic initiatives and occasional investor relations or corporate finance tasks.
