Analyze title opinions, leases, contracts, probate and other legal documents to establish and maintain division of interest in Enertia Land System. Lead reservoir characterization, spacing and frac design assessments to develop type curves, forecasts, economics and development plans. Perform A&D modeling, well testing design, lookbacks, and team technical strategy. Use data analytics, Python, and machine learning principles to manage large datasets and improve workflows; mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the organization.

Performs tactical and strategic sourcing, including RFx development, supplier negotiations, contract support, supplier relationship management, pricing and market analysis, logistics cost modeling, compliance, and process improvement. The role manages commodities and suppliers, leads cross-functional sourcing initiatives, supports risk mitigation, and uses AI and digital tools for spend analysis, research, contract review, and transactional work. Based in Houston with hybrid work available Mondays and Fridays.

The Senior Marketing Analyst supports Chord Energy's midstream development through analytics, negotiations, and contract management while collaborating with various internal and external teams.

Lead Revenue Accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, integrating data across systems, and driving process improvements in upstream oil and gas accounting.

Maintain and improve corporate budgeting, planning, and financial models; forecast cash flows, capital, and balance sheet metrics; perform ad hoc analyses to support capital allocation and financing decisions; prepare executive presentations; support strategic initiatives and occasional investor relations or corporate finance tasks.

Support revenue accounting for upstream oil and gas assets: execute month-end close, perform AR reconciliations, record non-operated revenue, resolve owner inquiries, collaborate with production/marketing/regulatory teams, maintain internal controls, use Enertia and analytics tools, and support process improvement and ad-hoc financial analysis.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support Business Development and Strategic Planning by analyzing acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, preparing financial models, and collaborating with various teams to evaluate opportunities and present findings to management.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and schedules, perform variance analysis, assist with 10-K/10-Q compilation and XBRL tagging, reconcile accounts and intercompany eliminations, support audits, document GAAP/SEC impacts, maintain SOX controls, and prepare journal entries.
