The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in utilizing Atlassian tools such as JIRA. This role will primarily focus on supporting project management efforts and ensuring efficient project organization through the effective utilization of Confluence Roadmaps. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for generating insightful reports from JIRA data to facilitate informed decision-making processes.

Assume overall accountability for the successful delivery of reports to various stakeholders in the business. The candidate is someone who thrives in an agile, collaborative, team-based environment, working closely with technology peers across TCP as well as main vendor partners.   • Collaborate with project managers and teams to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Atlassian tools, particularly JIRA.
  • Configure and customize JIRA workflows, fields, screens, and reports to align with project requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for utilizing Atlassian tools effectively.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from JIRA to generate comprehensive reports on project progress, performance, and metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations within JIRA to provide stakeholders with real-time insights into project status.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and relevance.
  • Establish and maintain project repositories, documentation, and knowledge bases within JIRA to ensure centralized access to critical project information.
  • Implement and enforce project management standards and methodologies to promote consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Facilitate discussions to understand lessons learned

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
  • 5+ years overall engineering experience including a minimum of 3 years of project management and leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency in Atlassian tools, particularly JIRA, with the ability to customize workflows and generate reports
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience providing visibility of project status through relevant and accurate information; developing & tracking projects\program plans and ensuring accountability at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate, debate, and drive discussions across different locations and time zones
