What you will be responsible for:

PC (Production Control) Module

    • Receive formal sales orders and rolling sales forecasts to conduct order reviews in combination with capacity, manpower, equipment, material lead times, and outsourcing cycles.
    • Accurately evaluate deliverable dates and reply to sales with committed lead times.
    • Handle rush orders, urgent insertions, order modifications, and cancellations; rapidly reschedule production and synchronize potential risks across all departments.
    • Decompose monthly demand into monthly, weekly, and daily production plans, balancing the load across production lines, processes, and equipment.
    • Output production work orders and manufacturing orders, releasing them to the workshop with clear specifications on product models, quantities, start/completion milestones, and storage targets.
    • Allocate capacity rationally to avoid unbalanced workloads across production lines.
    • Track actual workshop output, process routing, and inventory fulfillment on a daily basis.
    • Compare plan achievement rates and capacity utilization data.
    • Coordinate promptly with production, equipment, quality, and engineering teams to resolve anomalies such as equipment breakdowns, manpower shortages, quality reworks, and process changes.
    • Adjust schedules for lagging orders and lock in new delivery milestones.
    • Track finished goods storage, stock preparation, and shipping plans, collaborating with logistics to ensure on-time shipments to customers.
    • Control Work-in-Progress (WIP) in the workshop to reduce line-side accumulation.
    • Regularly generate analysis reports on production achievement, capacity utilization, and order delays.
    • Host daily, weekly, and monthly production-sales coordination meetings to synchronize order changes, capacity bottlenecks, and delivery risks, outputting follow-up items with closed-loop deadlines.
    • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual physical stocktakes for outsourced manufacturers, taking ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of their book-to-physical inventory records.

    MC (Material Control) Module

    • Run MRP based on production plans, standard BOMs, attrition rates, safety stock, and procurement lead times.
    • Accurately calculate the total demand for raw materials, semi-finished goods, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials; deduct existing stock, goods-in-transit, and WIP materials to issue purchase requisitions to procurement.
    • Maintain ERP master data and adjust material requirements in synchronization with Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
    • Track the entire lifecycle of purchase order delivery dates, with a focus on long-lead-time critical materials.
    • Verify incoming material progress and IQC inspection/storage status daily.
    • Perform material completeness checks before production to identify risks of missing, short, or incorrect materials in advance, immediately pushing procurement to expedite materials and vendors to rush deliveries.
    • Coordinate alternative materials, special acceptance (waivers), and temporary transfers to resolve material shortage risks, eliminating downtime due to waiting for materials.
    • Establish safety stock standards for raw materials and semi-finished goods, monitoring inventory levels, age, and days of inventory (DOI) in real-time.
    • Collaborate with the warehouse to complete monthly/quarterly full and cycle counts, resolving inventory surpluses and shortages.
    • Regularly review sluggish, obsolete, and excess inventory to drive production consumption, vendor returns/exchanges, or discounted disposal, reducing capital tied up in inventory.
    • Control workshop material replenishment, returns, and borrowing processes, counting material consumption/scrap to drive cost-reduction improvements.
    • Responsible for issuing materials for outsourced processing and tracking recovery progress, verifying the quantity and quality of returned outsourced goods.
    • Synchronize production plans with outsourcing vendors, tracking outsourcing delays and defective reworks to ensure returned semi-finished goods meet the final assembly schedule.
    • Handle issues such as defective incoming materials, material shortages, version mismatches, and material substitutions, collaborating with procurement, quality, and vendors to formulate corrective actions and track them to a closed loop.
    • Output monthly reports on material completeness rate, on-time delivery rate, sluggish inventory value, and material attrition/scrap.

    How you will stand out:

    • Education & Major: Associate degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management or Production Management are preferred.
    • Work Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on PMC experience in manufacturing, with experience independently managing the full scope of both PC scheduling and MC material control; experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
    • System Capabilities: Proficient in operating ERP systems such as SAP, Kingdee, Yonyou, or YiFei, with a thorough understanding of MRP calculation logic; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, functional modeling) to independently create various planning and inventory analysis reports.
    • Language Skills: Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
    • PC Side: Familiar with order review, MPS scheduling, capacity load analysis, production work order release, and progress anomaly dispatching logic.
    • MC Side: Proficient in BOM decomposition, MRP material calculation, material completeness checking, safety stock setting, sluggish material handling, and outsourced material control.
    • Familiar with the complete factory production flow, material receiving/dispatching/storage (inventory management), and the impact of ECN changes on plans and materials.
    • High data sensitivity, clear logical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple orders and materials in parallel.
    • Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and risk-forecasting capabilities; able to quickly handle emergencies such as rush orders, material shortages, and production delays.
    • Strong pressure resistance, highly adaptable to fast-paced manufacturing environments with frequent changes; meticulous, result-oriented, and focused on closed-loop execution.
    • Cost-conscious, with a track record in inventory optimization and material attrition control.
