The Manager will lead end-to-end Embedded Value (EV) reporting deliverables with a strong focus on quality, controls and holistic business insights. This role will oversee BAU EV reporting, persistency and claim variance reporting and analysis, and support methodology enhancements and process improvements. The position requires a technically strong actuarial professional who can align messages across reporting bases, explain key financial movements clearly to management and working teams, and guide team members to manage reporting processes independently.
