Job Summary

The PLM Program / Operations Lead (P04) is responsible for supporting PLM strategy and driving operational execution across complex, cross‑functional PLM initiatives. This role partners closely with PLM Strategy & Excellence, PLM Operations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and effective execution of PLM Strategy & Roadmap while providing accurate forecasting, and strong program governance. The position operates with a high level of autonomy and serves as a critical link between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support PLM leadership by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, programs, and milestones
  • Partner with PLM Strategy & Excellence and PLM Operations to deliver PLM initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality
  • Serves as the gatekeeper of End-to-End PLM Business Process Maps, supporting narratives, value stream analysis and relevant Roadmap artefacts
  • Champions and evolves PLM Solution Architecture that involves Business Process Architecture, Data Architecture, Master Data Management & Data Governance Develop and maintain forecasts for program delivery, capacity, and execution risks
  • Lead program management and Governance activities, including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and KPI reporting
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting cadence, and execution discipline
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and Business teams to ensure alignment and resolve execution challenges
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication
  • Prepare executive‑ready status updates, dashboards, and reports to support leadership decision‑making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or Life science graduation
  • 8+ years of experience in PLM operations, Master Data Operations, program management, or business operations
  • Strong experience working cross‑functionally to drive execution and deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to perform business process modeling, solution architecture, Data Architecture, deviation analysis, forecasting, and risk management
  • Proven program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level communication
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and exercise sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in PLM systems and regulated environments (e.g., MedTech, Pharma)
  • Familiarity with PLM governance models, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Experience supporting global teams and stakeholders
  • Prefer experience with PLM Tools (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Agile PLM, SAP PLM), SAP S/4 PLM etc.
  • Agentic AI and LLM applications in PLM ecosystem e.g., SAP, Signavio, LIMS, and Camstar
