About the role
At Electrolux Wellbeing & Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), we're on an exciting transformation journey, and we're looking for a PLM Process Excellence Expert to join our agile PMO & Transformation team. You'll be at the forefront of optimizing our product lifecycle management, collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes and contribute to delivering exceptional products to homes around the world. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our efficiency and effectiveness, directly impacting how we bring innovative wellbeing and small domestic appliances to our consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive PLM Initiatives: Participate in Group projects and initiate business unit projects aligned with the PLM vision.
Collaborate and Gather Requirements: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and conduct detailed assessments.
Develop and Propose PLM Solutions: Design tailored PLM solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
Document Solutions and Processes: Create detailed solution requirements and process documentation.
Support PLM Implementation and Collaboration: Act as a TeamCenter AWC specialist for new processes, collaborate with other business units on common processes, and ensure supplier collaboration solutions meet requirements.
Requirements:
Proficient in Siemens TeamCenter AWC: You possess strong hands-on experience as an end-user of Siemens TeamCenter AWC.
Experienced in Global PLM Implementation: You have a proven track record of successfully implementing PLM solutions within complex, global organizations, understanding the link between system utilization and business value.
Familiar with PLM Configuration: You have a foundational understanding of PLM configuration principles.
Knowledgeable in Product Structures and Variants: You bring experience in managing product structures and variant management within a PLM environment.
Understanding of Product Lifecycle: You have a background or deep understanding of R&D and Sourcing processes across development, manufacturing, or finished goods, including related business needs.
Strong interpersonal skills: You can build effective working relationships across different functions and geographical locations.
Fluent in English: You are fluent in both written and spoken English.

This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden).
