Johnson Controls is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PLM Functional Analyst with proven Scrum Master experience to join our IT Engineering Services team in Pune. This hybrid role combines deep functional knowledge of PTC Windchill PLM tools with agile delivery leadership, enabling successful execution of PLM initiatives across global engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:PLM Functional Analyst Responsibilities:- Act as a functional SME for Windchill PLM modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, and Change Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
- Support configuration, validation, and testing of Windchill features and enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering stakeholders to ensure PLM solutions align with business processes and compliance standards.
- Assist in Windchill upgrades, data migration, and integration projects.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for PLM functionalities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience working with PTC Windchill PLM tools.
- Strong understanding of PLM business processes in engineering/manufacturing domains.
- Certified or experienced Scrum Master with hands-on Agile project delivery.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
- Exposure to SAFe Agile or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience in global engineering environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with Windchill customization, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Certifications in PTC Windchill, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or Agile Project Management.
