このポジションについて
PlayStationオンラインサービスを支えるデータ活用基盤、共通サービス、開発基盤の開発・運用、および既存システムの継続的な改善・刷新を推進するチームにおいて、日本拠点のTPM／スクラムマスターとして活躍いただきます。
スクラムチームの運営・改善をリードするとともに、複数チームにまたがるプロジェクトの推進や海外開発拠点との連携を通じて、大規模なアジャイル開発の成功に貢献いただくポジションです。
主な業務内容
スクラムチームの運営・ファシリテーションおよび継続的改善の推進
テクニカルプログラムマネジャーとしてプロジェクト計画・進行管理・課題管理
複数チームにまたがるプロジェクトの調整・推進

Skills Required
- Experience working with overseas teams using English
- Led small-to-medium scale projects involving 5–10 teams
- Software development experience using Scrum
