当社のハードウェア(Playstation®関連製品:コンソールや周辺機器)に使用する電気・半導体の調達業務。
当社で開発しているハードウェアに使用する部品の選定から量産導入まで関連部署(設計や品質保証など)も巻き込んでチームで戦略を考え進めて頂きます。
新規取引先の選定、取引先からの提案の妥当性検証、原価試算や納期交渉など調達に関する幅広い業務をお任せします。
担当部品にもよりますが、四半期に1回程度の海外出張はあり得ます。
本ポジションは世界的に知名度の高いゲーム機器の開発に関わり、直接的に反響を感じることが出来るお仕事です。
大きな生産数に対して部品を過不足なく揃えることや、品質、価格への責任を持つといったプレッシャーはありますが、チーム一丸となって対応していますのでご安心ください。

DX推進は、BOMコストや部品サプライチェーン情報を管理し、地政学リスクや市況変化に迅速に対応できるデータ基盤を構築します。
システム、BIツールなどのテクノロジーを活用し、経営判断を支える情報の可視化や業務効率化を推進します。

SIEの主力製品であるプレイステーションの生産から出荷までを担う部署です。
その中でも今回は生産に必要な電気・半導体の選定・調達に関わるチームと この調達業務をより効率的に運営するDX推進メンバーを募集します。
Playstation関連ハードウェアに使われている電気・半導体の全てを担当するチームです。
(主な調達部品:CPU、GPU、ASIC、メモリ、トランジスタ、基板、電源ユニット、MLCC、モーター など)
■求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications
【必須(MUST)】
調達担当
- 3年以上の半導体や電気部品の調達業務、もしくは営業経験のある方
- 調達・選定の為の半導体部品知識(技術的な深い知識は不要)
- Microsoft Officeを使用しての数量管理
DX推進担当
- Microsoft officeやBI Tool等を使ってデータ管理、データ可視化できるスキル
- 5年以上の調達管理経験やシステム開発経験
【歓迎(WANT)】
- 海外取引先との業務経験

Skills Required
- At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor or electrical component procurement or sales
- Knowledge of semiconductor components for procurement and selection; deep technical knowledge is not required
- Quantity management experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage data and create data visualizations using Microsoft Office and BI tools
- At least 5 years of procurement management or system development experience for the DX promotion role
- Email communication skills in English and confidence speaking English when needed
- Business-level Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher
- Communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with overseas suppliers
