Job Description

As a Casino Manager based in our Malta office, you will play a key part in leading our Casino, Live Casino, and Poker products. We are currently going through an exciting transformation to improve our gaming experience, and you will be right at the heart of this, helping us make a real impact across the UK and European markets.

This is a hands-on role where you will be the main point of contact for your specific markets. You will be responsible for turning our wider business goals into day-to-day reality, ensuring our brand stays ahead of the competition.

You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to make sure our offers hit the mark with local players, while keeping a close eye on the numbers to ensure we are hitting our targets. We are looking for someone who can lead and support their team, build great relationships with our partners, and use data to help us keep improving.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a casino focused role.
  • Experience in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and setting KPIs, with a focus on driving profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture and achieving operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance within the iGaming sector, with a commitment to player protection and responsible gaming.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder and partner management, building relationships across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with performance analysis tools and systems, coupled with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Additional Information

  • Translating the regional strategy into actionable country-level plans, driving market expansion and establishing our brand as a dominant player in the local iGaming landscape.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy in collaboration with the Gaming Commercial team.
  • Collaborating with the Gaming Product and Marketing teams to tailor marketing campaigns and product offerings to resonate with local market preferences.
  • Tracking the profit and loss for your assigned markets, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Leading and managing the country team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture while supporting the professional development of team members.
  • Building strong relationships with gaming providers and key business partners, working closely with the Head of Gaming, UK and Europe to align and support country-specific initiatives.
  • Analysing data to drive continuous improvement, conducting periodic benchmarking, and utilising internal reporting tools to monitor and enhance market performance.
