- Assist in identifying performance trends, capacity constraints, and emerging issues before they impact services or customers.
- Partner with experienced engineers to deploy, optimize, and scale network infrastructure supporting AI and other demanding workloads.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues to resolution.
- Participate in network upgrades, implementations, testing, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Continuously expand technical expertise through hands-on experience, self-directed learning, mentorship, and training opportunities.
- Travel up to 20% as needed to support deployments, installations, maintenance activities, and operational support.

- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, SNMP, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring, telemetry, observability, alerting, or performance management tools.
- Exposure to Linux systems or Linux-based Network Operating Systems (NOS).
What Will Make You Successful:
- You are naturally curious and enjoy investigating how systems and technologies work.
- You take initiative and actively seek opportunities to improve processes, systems, and your own technical skills.
- You are comfortable tackling unfamiliar technologies and enjoy learning through hands-on experience.
- You take ownership of problems and remain engaged until they are resolved.
- You value teamwork and enjoy collaborating with others to solve challenging technical problems.
