Responsibilities include opportunity qualification, capture strategy, pricing, proposal leadership, partner development, customer engagement, technical solution validation, pursuit timelines, win themes, and executive presentations. The role targets agencies including DOJ, DHS, CBP, DOE, and FAA and requires managing internal teams, partners, suppliers, and CRM-based growth activities.

Supports U.S. Space Force space electronic warfare systems across procurement, development, testing, integration, modernization, and sustainment. Responsibilities include requirements development, architecture and interface analysis, modeling and simulation, test planning and evaluation, technical documentation, acquisition support, logistics planning, contractor coordination, and fielding decisions. The role engages government sponsors, industry, and mission partners while supporting fixed, deployable, and virtual systems.
