  • Develop technical reports, systems documentation, integration plans, executive-level briefings, and engineering recommendations.

  • Support lifecycle management, technology refresh planning, software upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives.

  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues involving hardware, software, communications, networking, and mission systems.

  • Mentor engineering personnel while promoting systems engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Support contingency operations and emergent mission requirements requiring rapid technology integration and deployment.

  • Foster collaboration among Government organizations, commercial partners, and engineering teams to deliver mission-ready platform capabilities.

• Manage and supervise platform integration and engineering personnel, including assignment of work, prioritization of tasks, and day-to-day oversight of team performance.

• Plan and allocate personnel, technical resources, and integration support across geographically dispersed mission requirements to meet program priorities and operational timelines.

Establish performance expectations; provide coaching, mentoring, feedback, and professional development to engineering and technical staff; and address performance issues through appropriate corrective actions.

Monitor team schedules, technical quality, integration milestones, deliverables, and contract performance; identify variances and implement recovery or corrective-action plans.

• Manage technical, programmatic, schedule, and integration risks; elevate critical issues to program leadership and Government stakeholders with recommended mitigation strategies.

• Lead cross-functional coordination among systems engineering, software, communications, cybersecurity, logistics, and operational teams to ensure accountability for mission-ready platform capabilities.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, customer responsiveness, and operational readiness across the platform integration team.
