- developing and enhancing a platform built around event-driven architecture and parallel workflows,
- building and improving observability and end-to-end traceability across distributed systems,
- implementing resilience and reliability mechanisms to support stable and scalable services,
- contributing to deployment strategies ensuring safe and controlled releases,
- developing and maintaining tooling supporting SDK generation and contract management.
Your profile:
- experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or in a similar role,
- hands-on experience working with event-driven systems in production environments,
- strong knowledge of observability concepts and tools (e.g. OpenTelemetry or similar),
- experience with deployment strategies and safe rollout practices,
- ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership, while collaborating effectively across technical teams,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
- good command of English (min. B2).
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
- experience with GCP and Pub/Sub,
- familiarity with Avro, schema contracts, or SDK publishing,
- experience with reliability engineering and platform operations at scale,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
