Join our Platform Engineering team — a group dedicated to advancing tools, automation, and security practices that support the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). As a Platform Engineer, you’ll develop skills across development tooling, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and test automation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience with modern cloud and automation technologies, and make meaningful contributions to projects that enhance our development ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development Tooling: Help design, build, and maintain internal tools that streamline development workflows and improve productivity.
- DevSecOps: Assist in integrating security into our development and operations pipelines by learning to automate security testing and compliance processes.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Support infrastructure automation efforts using IaC tools to manage provisioning, configuration, and security standards.
- Cloud CI/CD Pipelines: Contribute to the implementation and management of automated build and deployment pipelines for cloud applications.
- Test Automation: Work with test automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines to improve code quality and deployment confidence.
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with development teams to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document processes, tools, and best practices to promote team-wide knowledge sharing and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Programming Foundations: Familiarity with languages like Python, Java, or Bash, with a willingness to grow your software development skills.
- Cloud & Automation Exposure: Some experience or coursework related to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), or automation frameworks.
- Version Control: Basic understanding of Git or similar version control systems.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn from others.
- Growth Mindset: Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and platform engineering practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Security Awareness: Basic understanding of DevSecOps concepts or security best practices.
- Monitoring & Observerability: Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related STEM field (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering).
