The Platform team is a core part of our newly formed Common Platform’s team which also includes Integration, Test Automation, RPA and Microservices delivery teams.
In your Platform Engineer role, you will help deliver DevOps and Cloud Engineering best practice, build and run next generation systems in a cost-effective manner.
You will have 3+ years’ experience in a complex Windows and Azure-based corporate environment delivering DevOps, Terraform, CI, CD and Platform Engineering solutions in a medium to large corporate, and working with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will provide production support as well as delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build CI/CD Pipelines as Code.
- Maintenance of Azure networking and resources.
- Deliver Platform Engineering pipelines
- Assist application development teams in delivering best practice CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and integrate automation for all aspects of DevOps.
- Assure security and governance are core parts of the development lifecycle.
- Stay current on new and emerging DevOps and cloud technologies.
You will bring:
- Provisioning and operating infrastructure in Azure and on-premise environments (Nice to have)
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (Mandatory)
- Ability to Script with Powershell and Bash (Nice to have)
- Experience with Terraform and Azure (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of networking and security in Azure environments (Mandatory)
