Are you an experienced financial services professional looking for a part-time opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact?
We’re looking for a Platform Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term, part-time basis, working Mondays and Tuesdays until March 2027. In this role, you’ll support the effective administration of our platform, complete a range of account and transaction activities, and provide responsive, high-quality service to advisers and clients.
You’ll work closely with teams across Operations, Product, Sales and Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Risk and Technology, while building trusted relationships with advisers, dealer groups, retail clients and external service providers. The role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in accuracy and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service.

What you’ll be doing


  • Process a range of client transactions and payments, including contributions, deposits, fees, regular savings and payment plans.
  • Support superannuation and IDPS account maintenance and servicing.
  • Complete in-specie transfers, pension commencements, benefit payments, withdrawals, account closures and pension payments.
  • Process PAYG transactions and support ATO TFN reporting.
  • Administer deceased estates, adviser changes and fee updates.
  • Respond to incoming calls and enquiries, acting as a reliable point of contact for clients and advisers.
  • Prepare client and adviser communications and deliver required reporting to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and file notes, while following relevant procedures and compliance obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve enquiries and deliver a positive client experience.

Experience & Skills


  • Previous experience in financial services, ideally in platform administration or a similar operational role.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, investment products, platforms and the financial planning industry.
  • An understanding of Australian securities, cash options and the risks associated with settlement activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine commitment to service excellence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to agreed schedules.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to use initiative and solve problems.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and build rapport, trust and confidence with a range of stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of accountability, integrity and responsibility.
  • Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
