The Platform Administrator, Enterprise Automation Platforms provides day to day administrative and operational support for the firm’s Boomi and Camunda platforms. This role focuses on environment management, access administration, configuration execution, monitoring support, and operational readiness across both platforms.

This role is execution focused and operates within clearly defined standards, procedures, and approvals. The Platform Administrator does not define platform strategy or make independent governance decisions. All administrative activities are performed under the direction of the Platform Leads and Director, Enterprise Automation Platforms.

Essential Duties:

-Platform Administration and Operations

-Perform day to day administrative tasks across Boomi and Camunda environments, including user access provisioning, role assignments, and configuration changes.

-Support environment setup, maintenance, and consistency across development, test, and production environments.

-Execute platform configuration changes following approved standards and change processes.

-Assist with platform monitoring, alert response, and operational checks to support platform reliability.

-Operational Support and Incident Response

-Support incident and operational response activities by gathering logs, validating configurations, and escalate issues that fall outside documented procedures or approved guardrails.

-Execute documented runbooks and operational procedures during incidents or platform events.

-Track and follow up on operational tasks, issues, and remediation actions.

-Lifecycle and Change Support

-Support platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities under the direction of Platform Leads.

-Assist with release coordination and validation activities across environments.

-Ensure platform documentation and configuration records are kept current.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

Required:

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,

Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical

experience.

Preferred:

· Boomi or Camunda administrator training or certification.

IT service management or operations training.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform administration, system administration, or application operations.

-Experience supporting production environments with formal change and access control processes.

Preferred:

-Experience administering enterprise integration or workflow platforms such as Boomi or Camunda.

-Experience supporting platforms in regulated or audit sensitive environments.
