DESCRIPTION
- Dirty Anilox, anilox which is used by the press whenever it is getting dirty operator is pull out from the press and placed on the press rack or press cart.
- Anilox Cleaner, very shift beaning, has to go press by press collect and bring anilox cleaning Station.
- Cleaning procedures, regularly cleaning Anilox rollers using appropriate cleaning chemicals, brushes and cleaning machines, more often using Flexo Wash Cleaning Systems, to thoroughly remove ink from the cell.
- Inspection and QC, before cleaning and after cleaning, the cleaner Examine the Anilox rollers for damage, wear, or any unusual sign of ink build up on the journal, reporting issues to press team lead.
- Anilox roller, Cylinder Maintenance, Clean both Anilox and Plate Cylinder detail clinging and grassed as needed
- Maintaining cleaning equipment Ensuring the proper functioning of cleaning machines, including refilling cleaning solutions and monitoring their effectiveness.
