The role requires sustained attention during repetitive work, adherence to PPE and safety standards, and the ability to work rotating or fixed shifts while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Operate extrusion winding equipment by removing full yarn bobbins, replacing them with empty bobbins, threading yarn, adjusting tooling and processing parameters, and addressing minor machine issues. Monitor product defects, maintain quality and safety standards, complete production documentation and labeling, and keep the work area clean and organized. The role requires basic mechanical ability, math and measuring skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of GMPs, FSSC 22000:2005, and HACCP.

Develops and improves quality processes, equipment, documentation, training, and plant operations. Supports the Quality Management System, leads continuous-improvement and scrap-reduction projects, investigates nonconformances using root-cause analysis, verifies manufacturing procedures, implements SOPs, 5S, SPC monitoring, and performance metrics, and trains personnel. Partners with Innovation on new products and raw-material qualification while driving sustainable improvements in yield, downtime, corrective actions, and quality communication across shifts.

Leads ERP, business intelligence, Microsoft infrastructure, and related technology projects from planning through deployment. Defines scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and change controls while coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants. Manages support tickets, analyzes service data, identifies recurring issues, and reports project and operational insights to leadership. Translates business requirements into functional specifications, coordinates testing and training, and ensures delivered solutions meet business, security, performance, and documentation standards.
