Defines scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and change controls while coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and consultants. Manages support tickets, analyzes service data, identifies recurring issues, and reports project and operational insights to leadership. Translates business requirements into functional specifications, coordinates testing and training, and ensures delivered solutions meet business, security, performance, and documentation standards.

Learns and performs bag inspection, quality testing, packaging, pallet stacking, and production documentation according to company standards. Identifies defects, reports quality issues, records test and pallet information, and supports machine operation. The role requires PPE use, safety awareness, prolonged standing, repetitive movement, and frequent lifting of 11–50-pound boxes in a manufacturing plant.

Inspects and packages manufactured bags, verifies product quality and specifications, documents defects and nonconformities, tags defective products, monitors production lines, and communicates quality issues. The role follows safety, food safety, HACCP, GMP, and inspection procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. It requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive physical tasks, PPE use, and flexibility for overtime.

Lead architecture and delivery of production-critical software for automation, vision inspection, and operational intelligence. Define technical direction, build scalable systems and integrations with PLCs/SCADA/vision hardware, mentor engineers, and support dashboards, monitoring, and machine intelligence initiatives to improve manufacturing quality and visibility.

Support fast, accurate changeovers on Vistaflex and Miraflex flexographic presses by inspecting plates and anilox rolls, installing/removing plates and rolls using Vistaport, assisting with ink sump movement and cleaning, and ensuring compliance with job specs and safety SOPs.

Drive automation across lamination and conversion operations by designing AI-driven inspection, packaging, material-handling, and real-time monitoring systems. Integrate robotics, PLC/SCADA, and predictive analytics; train staff and lead continuous improvement projects to boost quality, throughput, and sustainability.

Prepare jobs and verify orders; inspect plates and sleeves for condition and specs; apply adhesive backing; clean and trim plates; accurately mount plates to sleeves using automatic mounting equipment; perform pre- and post-mount QC and maintain safety procedures.

Wraps finished product pallets to specification, operates and maintains an electric pallet jack, documents pallet order numbers and weights, transports pallets to finished goods, ensures safety/PPE compliance, maintains clean workspace, and assists coworkers with material handling.
