Be responsible for the Plant and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, facilities, materials and employees.

Partner with other Site Leaders, Business Unit, Business Segment and Central Functions to ensure both Regal Rexnord's and Customer's Success.

Provide experienced and effective leadership, coaching and mentorship for the organization.
With Plant Leadership and HR Business Partner, lead talent management system for the plant, driving organizational effectiveness, proper structure and employee development aligned with achieving business objectives.

Continuous Improvement Leadership:
Set a clear vision for the site with a supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) Roadmap to achieve the intended future state.

Lead Daily Management activities at Gemba to drive SQDC performance and improvement across the business.
Lead and engage employees during daily management, kaizens and projects to drive continuous improvement and foster a progressive organization.
Leverage knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement principles to solve problems utilizing a structured, data-driven, fact-based and team oriented approach.
Establish and lead an organization energized by effective problem solving, defect elimination and effective root cause corrective action.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have proven experience:
Master's degree or equivalent related experience required, advanced degree preferred
5+ years (Production, Mfg Eng, Quality), min. 3-5 year in Leadership role in a manufacturing company, preferably in machining industry
proven managerial experience, adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
technical background, familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
result and performance oriented, decision-making skills, communication and change management, strong teamwork and people management skills
very good command of English
knowledge of Lean tools (Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma required - Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred)
experience with 80/20 business simplification preferred
