- Overall responsibility for plant finance function
Lead all accounting and controlling activities at plant level, ensuring accurate financial management, transparency, and alignment with group standards. - Financial reporting and compliance
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP and US-GAAP, including SOX compliance. - Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and performance tracking against financial targets. - Cost controlling and operational performance management
Drive cost transparency across the plant, including standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and identification of cost optimization measures. - Business partnering with plant leadership
Act as a key financial advisor to the Plant Manager and leadership team, supporting decision-making, investment cases and operational improvements. - Internal control and audit coordination
Maintain a robust internal control environment and act as the primary interface for internal/external audits, tax authorities and financial inspections. - Cash flow, working capital and asset management
Monitor and optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, payables) and safeguard company assets through effective financial controls. - Team leadership and development
Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals (3 FTE), ensuring high performance, capability building and succession readiness. - Process standardization and continuous improvement
Drive harmonization and optimization of finance processes, tools and systems in line with group requirements and best practices. - Cross-functional collaboration and project support
Partner with operations, supply chain and engineering to support business initiatives, productivity improvements and strategic projects.
Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Finanzfunktion mit Führungsverantwortung, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie oder im produzierenden Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Accounting und Controlling, insbesondere in den Bereichen Budgetierung, Forecasting, Kostenrechnung und Finanzanalyse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der lokalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (z. B. HGB) sowie von US-GAAP einschließlich Erfahrung mit Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. SOX)
- Gutes Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen und Werksabläufen, insbesondere in Bezug auf Kostenstrukturen, Bestandsmanagement und operative Kennzahlen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
