As a Plant Controller, this role is responsible for overseeing plant accounting, financial performance, and internal controls while supporting manufacturing and operational objectives. The position leads monthly financial close and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX requirements, and company policies. This role partners closely with plant leadership, cross‑functional teams, and finance leadership to deliver accurate financial analysis and drive informed decision‑making. The Plant Controller also plays a key role in strengthening financial discipline, improving plant performance, and developing finance talent.

What You Will Do
Lead monthly and quarterly financial close, reporting, and analysis for the manufacturing plant, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and SOX requirements through effective internal controls and timely remediation of audit findings.
Support production cost reporting, standard cost setting, inventory valuation, and material cost analysis.
Oversee the annual physical inventory process and ensure proper controls and documentation.
Provide financial analysis and support for plant investments, restructuring initiatives, budgets, and capital expenditure justifications.
Clearly communicate financial and operational results to plant leadership, assessing progress against objectives and the effectiveness of business decisions.
Develop finance talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning, managing local finance personnel as applicable.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
Five or more years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or large corporate environment.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
Experience partnering with operations and leadership teams to drive financial performance.
People leadership experience is preferred.
