Responsibilities:As part of a small team, you take responsibility for controlling at our production site and prepare as well as analyze cost and profitability reports.
You conduct target vs. actual comparisons, identify savings potentials, and develop optimization strategies.
You support management in decision-making through well-founded financial analyses and ad-hoc evaluations.
You create and monitor budgets, forecasts, and investment planning.
You review and manage production metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.
You collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to analyze cost structures and material flows.
You continuously develop controlling tools and processes at the site.
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, controlling, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
You have several years of professional experience in plant, supply chain or production controlling, ideally in an industrial environment.
You have in-depth knowledge of accruals and provisions.
You are proficient in SAP (CO/FI modules / MM / PP / SD), MS Excel and Power BI.
You think analytically, have a strong affinity for numbers, and demonstrate initiative.
You communicate clearly and effectively, ask critical questions in complex matters, and enjoy working independently as well as within a team.
You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
