Bring your energy to Aggreko as Plant Admin Manager, based in Pune. This will be a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the entire administrative framework to support a workforce of approximately 700+ employees, including contract workers. This role will be instrumental in the initial plant setup and then transition to managing all facets of administrative support for the facility.

What you’ll do:
Plant Setup Coordination: Coordinate all administrative aspects related to the new campus including manufacturing plant setup, ensuring a smooth and timely establishment.
Administrative Policy Implementation: Implement comprehensive administrative policies, procedures, and service standards for the new facility.
Contract Employee Administration: Implement and manage robust attendance and leave management systems for all contract employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
General Staff Administrative Needs: Oversee all general staff administrative needs, including but not limited to onboarding logistics, employee record keeping, ID card management, and general employee welfare support for operators & non-full-time employees (NFTEs).
Global Visitor Travel & Logistics: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for global visitors, including visa facilitation, flight and accommodation bookings, ground transportation, and local hospitality.
Facility Management & Maintenance: Oversee the management and maintenance of common areas, meeting rooms, and administrative offices, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to Aggreko standards.
You are:
Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in facilities & administrative management, with a significant portion in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative functions for a large workforce (500+ employees, including contract staff). Strong track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget control.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant administrative software and tools (e.g., attendance systems, travel management platforms).
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field would be added advantage.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. High level of integrity and commitment to fostering a positive and disciplined work environment.
