Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in project planning and controls within construction
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Strong experience with EOT/delay claims and contractual documentation
- Working knowledge of Power BI for management dashboards
- Strong analytical and site-verification skills
- Ability to manage a planning team and coordinate across departments
