We are a multinational chemical company with a complex portfolio and distribution set up in Turkey. We are looking for a "Planning Engineer" who will work as a part of our Supply Chain Organization.
Qualifications:
- University degree preferably from an Engineering Department
- Minimum 2 years experience in demand or supply planning preferred
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Advanced level of both written and spoken English
- Self motivated and a good team player
- Strong analytical & good communication skills
Planning Specialist will be responsible for:
- Material master data maintenance for MRP parameters
- Manage purchase orders for raw and packaging materials and coordinate with suppliers based on agreements
- Detect and report material shortage and supply risks, take action
- Making long term supply plan for the items under responsibility
- Responsible from raw material and finished goods inventory
- Support for OTIF root causing for improvement in service
- Following up daily operational tasks
