To achieve this, our 7,500 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.

In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

  • Ensure milestone reporting (including variance to baselines an previous period), deliverable reporting and schedule adherence reporting are driven from the integrated programme plan; enabling appropriate review, understanding and challenge of suppliers schedules.
  • Provide critical path analysis, dependency reporting, resource insights and schedule performance information to support governance and delivery discussions.

Value Expected

The planner is expected to provide more than schedule maintenance by:

  • Identifying schedule risks and opportunities.
  • Providing proactive challenge and independent planning expertise.
  • Improving forecast accuracy and confidence in delivery dates.
  • Supporting recovery planning where required.
