Aids in the developing and analyzing of industry and competitive information to help produce actionable insights around business questions and decisions facing Sutter Health and its entities. Serves as a resource for internally and externally sourced strategic databases and tools. Utilizes strategic tools to help provide forecasting, simulations, feasibility studies, modeling, resource planning, valuation, and other financial and statistical analysis to help evaluate strategic opportunities and scenarios.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- 5 years recent relevant experience.
- General knowledge of marketing research theory and methods including: conjoint analysis, customer segmentation, and best practices identification.
- Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
- Ability to build and lead teams committed to carrying out initiatives in environments that may be resistant to change.
- Make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
- Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.

Pay Range is $109,075.20 to $163,612.80 / annual salary. Sacramento Pay Range is $94,848.00 to $142,272.00 / annual salary.The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
