Job Description:
· Design and execute the AI roadmap for project controls, from predictive analytics to automated workflow solutions.
· Build data pipelines connecting Primavera P6 with ERP systems (Power Max, Oracle etc) and others like Tabluae or power BI and should develop machine learning models for schedule optimization
· Lead implementation of digital twins, NLP for document analysis, and intelligent alert systems for proactive risk management
· Drive process automation across planning workflows while ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms
· Implement AI solutions that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making
· Create integrated data ecosystems between planning and enterprise systems
· Establish new standards for intelligent project management
· Own and optimize integrated project schedules for a medium portfolio of EPC projects, ensuring on-time delivery and risk mitigation
· Lead commitment meetings with engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to resolve schedule conflicts and establish realistic baselines
· Conduct critical path analysis, identify float erosion, and develop recovery strategies for complex power plant projects
· Decompose project scope into detailed equipment schedules while maintaining big-picture integration across all functions
Required Experience:
· 4+ years in power plant/EPC project controls with expert Primavera P6 proficiency
· Proven track record leading integrated schedule development and commitment meetings
· Understanding of Gas Turbine Power Plant design and equipment sequencing.
· Experience in critical path analysis, risk mitigation, and claim management
· Hands-on experience with data science (Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks)
· Knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and process automation
· Vision for how AI can revolutionize schedule optimization and predictive analytics
· Ability to translate traditional project controls challenges into AI-powered solutions
