• Administration experience advantageous
  
• Competent in Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications (desirable)
  
• Intermediate Experience
  
• Systems: Momentis, tRS, Aptos Merchandising, and BI Report Manager
  

Core responsibilities:

• Accurately process purchase orders for E-Commerce and Stores
  

• Ensure changes and updates are accurately made to current orders
  
• Ensure packing lists are received from all vendors before shipment updating purchase orders accordingly
  
• Close orders promptly once delivered
  
• Maintain style sizing data
  
• Run reports for sizing for all relevant styles and communicate findings to the Buying and QA teams
  
• Transfer stock effectively from RFC to EFC as requested by Planners to support E-Commerce performance
  
• Support weekly transfers of stock from RFC to stores
