Відповідає за взаємодію з клієнтом щодо плану попиту та інформації про відвантаження, розробку реалістичного операційного плану та забезпечення контролю за його виконанням. Основною метою є досягнення задоволеності клієнтів, мінімізація ризиків для Jabil та постійне покращення показників планування.
Основні завдання- Співпрацює з бізнес-юнітом (BU) та клієнтом для розробки узгодженого плану попиту шляхом належного виконання процесу управління попитом.
- Створює головний виробничий розклад (Master Schedule) на основі аналізу ресурсів, включаючи планування матеріалів та виробничих потужностей.
- Завантажує головний розклад у ERP-систему Jabil.
- Розробляє та підтримує реалістичний виробничий план, тісно співпрацюючи з операційною командою для його успішного виконання.
- Формує прогноз доходів, ретельно відстежує фактичні показники та ініціює коригувальні дії і плани відновлення у разі ризику недосягнення цільових показників доходу.
- Відстежує показники планування та сприяє їх постійному покращенню.
- Дотримується всіх процедур політики безпеки компанії та внутрішніх правил.
- Може виконувати інші обов’язки за призначенням.
Необхідні знання та навички
- Знання ERP/MRP систем будуть перевагою.
- Високий рівень володіння ПК, включаючи знання програмних продуктів Jabil.

At Procurement as a Service BU - Responsible to serve as the customer interface for the materials demand plan and shipment information, develop feasible operational plan of materials availability and maintain ownership over the execution of the operational plan, achieve the objective of customer satisfaction with the provided materials availability, minimize Jabil inventory liability and continuously improve the performance of the planning metrics.
