Lead and support low- to medium-complexity projects from concept through implementation. Develop SOWs, requirements, plans, budgets and forecasts; manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, stakeholders and cross-functional teams; drive customer satisfaction, project KPIs, continuous improvement, and regular status communications.

Lead a customer-facing business unit with full P&L responsibility across sites. Lead and develop the site Planning Department to improve materials metrics, implement planning strategies, maintain master schedule and data integrity, monitor KPIs, manage departmental budget, analyze plant revenue trends, and ensure robust processes and documentation.

Lead corporate tax compliance, ASC 740 provision and planning, and transfer pricing. Manage Mexico tax compliance, support acquisitions and restructurings, coordinate external advisors and audits, improve tax controls/SOX processes, identify tax savings, and supervise and develop tax staff.

Manage inventory levels for new product qualifications, pre-pilot, and pilot assemblies (SMT/DF). Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance, quality, test, and planning teams. Monitor production floor materials, communicate with customers, analyze reports to identify nonconformities, and develop procedures to improve yield and product quality while adhering to safety and security policies.

This role involves supporting manufacturing processes, collecting and analyzing production data, assisting in testing, and contributing to process improvements and quality assurance activities at Jabil.

Perform hands-on failure analysis of electronic assemblies: operate FA equipment, perform SMT/thru-hole rework and BGA reballing, grind/polish samples, diagnose/repair PCB components, support MRB, report findings, and assist engineers to improve yield while following safety and documentation procedures.

Serve as customer interface for demand and shipment plans; develop and load master schedules into ERP; create and maintain feasible production plans; monitor revenue and planning metrics; coordinate with operations to execute plans and drive continuous improvement.

Responsible for mechanical engineering support of OM room operations, developing and delivering solutions to increase uptime and capacity of onsite OM machines. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, analyze machine performance, provide technical leadership, and communicate recommendations across cross-functional teams.

Oversee NPI activities, analyze test data, drive corrective actions, mentor staff, recruit and retain team members, and implement test engineering strategies to improve quality and reduce costs.

Designs, implements, and optimizes assembly and molding production processes to meet quality and efficiency targets. Monitors production, troubleshoots process and quality issues, leads startups and validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), performs experiments to improve yields, and mentors technicians. Supports Lean Manufacturing, safety, and documentation for new product lines, tooling, and automation changes.

Support daily materials-area activities under supervision: documentation, data handling, coordination, basic ServiceNow incident handling, learning safety/quality processes, contributing to projects and continuous improvement.
