Lead production planning and workflow optimization to meet customer requirements. Assess capacity and schedules, drive cost and quality improvements, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, manage departmental KPIs, and execute planning strategies and change initiatives.

Lead planning for an assigned workcell: develop and reconcile Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensure on-time delivery, manage material control, capacity planning, BOMs, routings, and document control.
