Formalize and operate IT processes (change, configuration, incident, problem) using ITIL. Support and oversee production processes, coordinate production with procurement/maintenance/quality, monitor SPC and production metrics, help reduce scrap and MRO usage, and assist supervisors in establishing production priorities and improving operational procedures.

Lead complex mechanical hardware design and validation for products through production. Own toolchain, source control, firmware upgrade/rollback, and integration with hardware, verification, and manufacturing teams. Drive schedules, mitigate technical risks, support NPI-to-production, and ensure compliance and licensing.
