Lead site quality by developing and implementing quality processes, systems, and metrics. Recruit, coach, and manage quality staff; drive continuous improvement, compliance to ISO and regulatory standards, cost reduction, forecasting, and cross-site best-practice sharing. Act as QMR and ensure adherence to safety, security, and company policies while supporting customers and operations.

Lead and develop the site Planning Department to improve materials metrics, implement planning strategies, maintain master schedule and data integrity, monitor KPIs, manage departmental budget, analyze plant revenue trends, and ensure robust processes and documentation.

Support global materials and logistics for Business Unit workcells by maintaining demand planning, inventory models, pricing coordination, and supply continuity. Implement supply chain strategies (EDI, JIT, consignment, global sourcing), monitor site metrics, analyze materials data (landed cost, freight), and compile reports for cross-functional teams and customers.
